• made a small change in the output of out.cm(), make.cem(...,out=TRUE), and weighted.predictions(), replacing the en-dash "–" with a hyphen "-" because users of some non-u.s. english-localized system's were not rendering properly
• the data have been changed to use example models from publications by Levins and by Dambacher.

• discovered and fixed a serious bug: large matrices with certain kinds of connectivity were invalidly computed for both community effect and Dr. Dambacher's weighted feedback type matrices.
• things are still slow, but some speedups are in the queue…

• implemented a rough cut of Dr. Dambacher's weighted feedback, adjoint of negative community matrix and total feedback matrices. The emphasis is on rough, milage may vary. I may have got the matrices transposed, and this version is slow!
• corrected my conflation of the term "parameter" with the term "variable" in the documentation
• made a few minor speed enhancements to make.cem()
